qcircuit was successfully uploaded to the Comprehensive TeX Archive Network (CTAN), meaning users can now download the package using their favorite TeX package manager.

We thank Steve Flammia and Bryan Eastin for letting us use their code in this repository. It is our hope we can build off their work and find ways to enable more people to use this valuable tool.
