Refactor code in src/cli/manage.js

[Yukiiyi]

resolves #143. I removed nested template literals to enhance readability and reduce the chance of syntax errors. Instead of chaining multiple template strings, each dynamic section (e.g., timestamp, event type, text) is assigned to a variable and then combined into one concise template literal.
