Instrument map, doc view and construct views are not loading correctly

Uploaded the mappings, added some missing topic mappings to the questions using the map view, changed the topic of a variable in the variable view. When I went back to the map view the questions were not loading. Checked the other views and they were not loading either

This is no longer an issue in this case. I will try and replicate.

Loaded the same example into staging, but cannot replicate. Do we know why this happened @simonreed ?

Not sure if this is related to latest update on staging, but this instrument is no longer loading?
