Describe the bug
There is currently no way for someone to report a bug if they're not in the dev server. This could be an issue in the long-term.

Expected behavior
Have a command to which you can attach a message describing the issue. It would also have the time of the message. The whole thing could be sent to a special channel in the dev server.

Additional context
We could also hand out a link to the dev server so that communication can be easier.

Fixing #30 gave a workaround this. Moving further development to v0.2

There should also be a command that returns not only the invite to the development server but also the repo's link.
