Bns implementation in libwalletapi #116

createBnsTransaction(), bnsUpdateTransaction() and bnsRenewTransaction() functions are added in the api module.
Testcases are written for testing the new functions.
countBns() function is added for get the total count of active BNS in the wallet.
Testcases are written for the countBns.
