To create a table from a mosaic

Open the mosaic file by going to File >> Open MIMS Image and selecting the nrrd or by dragging and dropping the file into the OpenMIMS plug-in window.
Draw and select the desired ROIs in the MIMS ROI Manager.
Under the Tomography tab, select the statistics and masses to be tabulated.
Create the table by clicking on the Table button. A new window will open displaying the tabulated data.
The table can then be saved as a csv file using the file menu of the table window.
