AR_DOA APK Release

I release the apk after all this time.
You probably need to update some information since ViroMedia doesn't need API credidentials now and also the GHR i used isn't available without Russia Gouvernement agreement.

Despite all of that, the app is still working (for the AR part) and the errors are handled
