Description:

As in the title, the methods to create structural panels do not take geometrical tolerance as input, causing errors that could be avoided (e.g. on convert from Revit, when the curve is closed acc. to Revit tolerance, but open in BHoM - see BHoM/Revit_Toolkit#1287).
