Hide input variables in readme to boost the rendering

This module's readme is too huge for registry to render, now the module's description page cannot be loaded.

This pr change terraform-docs' config to hide input variables' information in the generated readme file so the module's page can be rendered successfully. We'll try to add input variables back in another day, this pr should be considered as an emergency workaround.
