AVD Add-On: Set marketplace terms for 3rd party images

Benefit/Result/Outcome

When deploying the AVD add-on with the ArcGIS profile, a 3rd party image is used to deploy ArcGIS Pro on Windows Server. This deployment will fail if the marketplace terms have not been set. This update will accept the terms for principal deploying the solution and include an info box in the UI stating that.

Acceptance Criteria

• Add run command to accept the marketplace terms
• Add info box in the UI to ensure the terms are communicated
• Test the deployment
• Update the documentation
