Spotify & other; fixes & changes

This release fixes a few but major things about spotify command. Like ? or & in Spotify links.

Other micro updates:

• my full name in setup.py,
• more logging,
• changed some descriptions.

Playing with Spotify API

This update is focused on new command spotify. It lets user get metadata of single track, album, artist or playlist.

Making suggestions and deleting them

As in title, added suggestion and prune command. Also embeds' colors are now normalized to base 4 colors.

Blue	Info
Gold	Misc.

More colors of course will be added in the future, but I'd prefer to make those as simple as possible - according to KISS rule.

A lot of changes

For now, I'm very proud of this bot. A lot of errors are handled, messages are nice looking and I've finally created custom help command.

Recently I've added this bot to top.gg website. (:arrow_left: Click here to see bot's site.)

Memes and cooldowns

Memes are always cool. Maybe cooldowns not, but these are good for bot.

Engima bot is more and more usabale, for example: from now giveaways are working very well.

First release

It's first release but not first version of a bot.

I've cancelled some functions to make project easier to expand.

Bot will be soon available to test.
