Why am I getting the following error: "an attempt was made to load an assembly from a network location which would have caused the assembly to be sandboxed"?

Sometimes Windows blocks zip files from unsecured locations. to solve it do the following:

1. Right Click on the zip file
2. Click Properties
3. Click Unblock
