Starter med in-memory så får vi se hvor godt det funker da..! Kan jo eventuelt se på den hacken her og om vi blir misfornøyd https://devopsifyme.com/simple-azure-service-bus-emulator-finally-here/ Eller så kan vi joine alle andre som har venta siden 2018 på en emulator Azure/azure-service-bus#223 |

Azure Service Bus skal benyttes som meldingsbus, primært for CDC fra Postgres men også potensielt andre ting på sikt. Vi bruker MassTransit.io som abstraksjonslag.
Vi må se på en løsning for å sikre god DX her. Kanskje en eller annen memory-based løsning i MT.
