Fixed issue with lunar forms not being able to be tied to a character
Fixed issue where new characters were starting with 10 willpower cap

Added some data to the chat card showing your initiative and if you have taken your turn yet, same for your target

Added a new requirement "Target Taken Turn" which checks if the target has taken their turn or not
