multiple tweaks and improvements without changes in core idling functionality

  1. Showcases are now loading by default from local file (see request #18). To show only owned badges like it was before, apply Owned filter (set "Yes")

  2. selection in Time Idle was simplified: type app id and/or game title and select a game from list of suggestions

  3. settings file can be opened from "Settings" tab: click the button in top right corner

  4. Badges and Showcases are now sortable by Title

  5. after very first login Card Idle shows Steam Trading Cards FAQ page for new users

  6. "Filters" button show indicator, if any filters are applied

  7. Steamworks/steam_api updated to the latest version
