Summary

This PR adds the following improvements and fixes for PANIX v2.0.1 release:

LKM module did not have persistence across reboot
Rootkit module did not have persistence across reboot
PAM module missed several potential PAM hijacking paths
PAM module now backs up the initial PAM module, and the revert module now restores the backup
Other revert options were changed to address the new module improvements
README.md is updated, as the check boxes looked bad on Github dark mode
