If there is an image that has black in it drawing the mask becomes difficult.

It would be very useful to be able to change the color (from black) in the inpaint tab and also vary the transparency.

Being able to determine the 'fill' color would be a nice feature as well. Img2img has something like this already though, but SD can be quite stubborn when it comes to color changes using in-painting.
