PGP signing verified with Window Hello 👀
Place a secret signing key in ~\.Hello\<key-id>.pk and execute
Hello -u <key-id> to sign. You will be prompted for passphrase on first sign
(username can be left blank).
Can replace GnuGP as git commit signing program.
