Latest fast snapshot incompatible with BSC 1.4.18

Looks like the latest full snapshot fails with this when syncing the latest fast snapshot:
Fatal: Failed to register the Ethereum service: database version is v9, Geth 1.4.18 only supports v8

Is it possible to still provide v8 snapshot somewhere? Would be super helpful at least until 1.4.x is fully deprecated.

According to bsc release information, there was a mainnet fork on March 20th that was only at 1.5.x, so I may not upload it anymore @aquila9r
