Proposing to remove incident or at least mark it because the original source is inaccessible. When I requested to view it I was blocked. If someone can find the source that would be nice, otherwise there is nothing to corroborate this atm.

It's technically not dead, and has been backed up by the archiver I wrote, However we should have a system for identifying dead links, and updating them with their archived versions. |

Proposing to remove incident or at least mark it because the original source is inaccessible. When I requested to view it I was blocked, and it's not possible to message the secondary source either. If someone can find the video that would be nice, otherwise there is nothing to corroborate this atm.
