Usage related changes

  • Partly support cairo-lang 0.9.0:
    • Support for new endpoints not added.
    • Declaring classes not added.

Development related changes

  • Use contract class instead of contract definition.
  • Use state.create_child_state_for_querying for fee estimation (as instructed by Starkware).
