It's pretty basic but in line with how we normally style, I think it doesn't have to be anything super fancy. It serves a signifier to the user of the devtools that it has a connection but hasn't received events yet.

Thanks for this @JoviDeCroock

There's a possible use case in the future where there are no events but filters have been applied.

How do you feel about having the no-events status as the list "content" (i.e. under the heading)?
