A recipe to create a LAMP server using Ansible and Vagrant

• ubuntu/wily64
• Apache
• PHP 5.6.11
• MariaDB
• WKHTMLtoPDF (to generate PDF files based on HMTL)

#Pre-requisites (OSX)

Tested on OSX El Captain
