Copying over the custom build main_streamlabs.yaml

Attempting to reconcile our build similar to what we did for Windows:
* build_project.yaml is the "new way" to make builds that obs-studio
* main-streamlabs.yaml is the our custom build. Builds everything in a folder ready to be zipped up for OSN (obs-node)
