For the 1.16 release, content from
https://elixir-lang.org/getting-started/ has moved to HexDocs.

In particular, the link to umbrella projects docs in the phx.new task
help was returning 404 and has been manually corrected to the new
location (elixir-lang/elixir-lang.github.com#1740).

Thank you! We should merge this once v1.16 is out and link to hexdocs.pm/elixir directly (without main). :)

Instead of pointing to the main branch docs.
