Alternative Social Media Front-end Redirector is a browser extension that automatically redirects URLs to alternative front-ends for popular social media platforms. This enhances user privacy and allows for greater customization options by using different, user-friendly interfaces.

Installation

Chrome

Manual Installation

1. Download the latest release of the extension from here.
2. Extract the ZIP file to a folder on your computer.
3. Open Google Chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions/.
4. Enable Developer mode by toggling the switch in the top right corner.
5. Click Load unpacked and select the folder you extracted the ZIP file to.
6. The extension is now installed! You should see the Alternative Social Media Front-end Redirector icon in your browser toolbar.

Usage

After installing the extension, simply visit any of the supported social media platforms, and you will be automatically redirected to the alternative front-end. You can disable or enable the extension in the manage extesnion tab
