Let's enable 64-bit image, for the
tf2-basepackage only (for now). The image name ismelkortf/tf2-base/amd64and the 32-bit version is moved tomelkortf/tf2-base/i386respectively. Themelkortf/tf2-basepackage stays and points to the 32-bit version, so no breaking change is made.
