This PR adds a new entry type for checklist items. The idea is to have checklist items that can exist independent of tasks, unlike when using checklist items in markdown. I often find myself moving checklist items to new tasks as the task completion progresses, and don't want to copy over any text. Instead, I want to be able to move one or more open checklist items to a new task, and finish what I'm working on.
Here, only the new class is introduced. Usage will be added in subsequent PRs.
