This pull request updates the documentation of the flux installation to take advantage of the conda environment manager. FLUX can now be installed on Linux and Macos machines alongside the FluxPype python wrapper.

It turns out that the perl that is provided by conda isn't actually compatible with macos by default, so that's a hurdle. at least the linux systems work.
