Describe this PR

A new filter tab is added in the projects list page.
This filter allows the users to filter the projects by its status (Not Started, Ongoing, Completed)

Also, the backend api for drone creating and deleting are made secured by adding a layer of permission.
Only a super user can do these tasks.
