Update required resource providers to remove Microsoft.Kubernetes and Microsoft.KubernetesConfiguration

As mentioned in #22515, we add Resource Providers to the list of Resource Providers as needed which we do not consider a breaking change - if you're running in an environment with limited permissions, or wish to manage the Resource Providers which are registered outside of Terraform, then the skip_provider_registration field allows you to disable the auto-registration functionality.

However since this is working as intended, whilst I'd like to thank you for this contribution - I'm going to close this for the moment.
