Tagging tests for drs

Description

Adds tagging tests for drs.

Previously, when updating aws_drs_replication_configuration_template the error was returned

        Error: Value Conversion Error
        
          with aws_drs_replication_configuration_template.test,
          on main_gen.tf line 10, in resource "aws_drs_replication_configuration_template" "test":
          10: resource "aws_drs_replication_configuration_template" "test" {
        
        An unexpected error was encountered trying to build a value. This is always
        an error in the provider. Please report the following to the provider
        developer:
        
        Received unknown value, however the target type cannot handle unknown values.
        Use the corresponding `types` package type or a custom type that handles
        unknown values.
