[WIP] Release/0.1.2

I'm in the process of going through and triaging the existing issues/PR's and consolidating the changes (if any) into this branch.

So far I've done the following;

• updated express version used in tests to ^4.3.0
• added the changes (if any) from the following
  update methods 0.1.0 #42, #5, #41, ignore non-string routes #37, Run all requests in test "should prefix within .namespace()" #35
