feat: remove fake instant locks proofs

Removed fake instant locks proofs since mn-bootstrap can produce normal proofs in CI now

Remove fallback and fallback options

Run the unit test

Breaking Changes

Remove 'passFakeInstantLocksForTest' option from the client constrcutor
