Linux aarch64 runners are available for public repos, so let's use them: https://github.blog/changelog/2025-01-16-linux-arm64-hosted-runners-now-available-for-free-in-public-repositories-public-preview/
CUDA support is missing for now due to some bugs in Ubuntu packages: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mumax3/+bug/2032624
But that shouldn't prevent us from shipping an app as such.
