NEArender performs network enrichment analysis against functional gene sets and benchmarks networks.

Installation

Install the latest stable release from CRAN:

install.packages("NEArender")

Alternatively, install the latest development version from github:

install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("ashwini06/NEArender")
