I wasn't able to install qrscanner on mac os x to run the tests for pngqr, so I added support for using https://github.com/ecin/zxing.rb in lieu of qrscanner when the latter isn't present.
zxing.rb is a jruby wrapper for ZXing that can run on jruby or MRI, allowing it to work on a wide range of platforms.
