- update the README to reflect settings and remove TODOs
- move tests directory out where the cookiecutter puts it now. These tests wont pass because they require an SDK update thats included in fix: minor fixes to get working #25. I'll have a follow on PR to upgrade the SDK version and get the tests passing.
