chrReplace

Adds or removes "chr" prefixes from a column of a CSV (e.g. GFF/BED files)

Installation

Install using

pip install git+https://github.com/MelbourneGenomics/chrReplace

chrReplace creates the chrReplace command. Run chrReplace --help for usage information.
