Lost these changes after reverting with #506 - we now defer the key management to the apt module, which is a lot more sensible.
And as done with #504 we can now also delegate the installation of
apt-transport-https
to the apt module too - this should leave us in a good place with respect the current chatty module, and address the dependency cycle.
