  • create a linkage between Plate and EchoFilesParser
  • calculate INHIBITION/ACTIVATION value of a compound
  • visualise these values from an experiment (along with ctrl pos/neg)

all: columns: source plate barcode, source well, destination plate barcode, actual transfer volume, transfer status
exceptions: compound Id, source plate barcode, source well
