Creating a new repo to automate E2E tests on live network

This task doesn't imply codebase changes but is about creating a new repo that could be utilized to automate E2E test on live network (Athens3, mainnet) using the zetae2e tooling. Name of the repo could be e2e-ops for example.

This repo would include actions that allows to run specific tests on a specific network.

Depends on:

• Allows to provide arguments to E2E tests #1651
• Have a Bitcoin node ready with a hot wallet
• Adding better docs for zetae2e to describe how to run tests on a specific network
