Zcli apps:update failes to update app with no verbose error message

zcli apps:update . should update the app

Reality

No proper error message as to why the update failed.

1. Run zcli apps:update .

Hello,

I've been developing a private app using zcli, but I'm writing this comment because an error occurred in zcli apps:update.
The specific reason for the error doesn't appear in the command, so I can't tell what exactly is causing the issue. The error occurs with both the scaffold=react package and the default package. This command used to work well before, so I'm wondering if there has been any patch recently.

• Version: @zendesk/zcli/1.0.0-beta.51 win32-x64 node-v20.18.0

The zcli apps:package command also shows an error message, but it seems to execute properly. zcli apps:new and zcli apps:profiles are working without any problems.

This is causing delays in our development schedule, so I need help quickly.
