Expectations

zcli apps:clean

should remove /tmp

Reality

Command removes ./tmp

Steps to Reproduce

Go to non app root folder and run command zcli apps:clean
Notice PWD/tmp is deleted instead of /tmp

Issue details

Version: @zendesk/zcli/1.0.0-beta.16 wsl-x64 node-v16.15.1
OS: Ubuntu 22.04
