apps:validate provides no feedback on validation errors

Expectations

When I run zcli apps:validate and there are validation errors, I expect to see actionable information.

Reality

If validation fails, it reads a JSHint error with no information on what went wrong. I searched this repo and I don't see any references to JSHint, and I'm unclear on why this is failing.

$ zcli apps:validate dist

Something similar here - built an app which works locally, but when I try to run zcli apps:validate I get the following:

Doesn't give file, command, anything - no clue what this is referencing...

Same issue. I built an app ages ago and was able to get it installed. Just coming back to it now and receiving the same error with no indication of what's wrong, and no ability to see in the ZCLI repo here why it is throwing the error: JSHint validation failed.
