A Discord Bot to handle voting in the Music Brackets project
Requires a .env file, either prod.env or dev.env depending on the
--testing flag, or else environment variables, to pull configuration from,
see sample.env for the required variables. Also requires Google OAuth
credentials in a credentials.json file.
