multi- definition of "cpu_reg"

Variable of "cpu_reg" is defined in cpu.h, and the header file should, and it does, be included by multiple .c files. In GCC, a file with postfix c is the minimal compiling unit. Thus, it can result the multi-definition errors. Hope some can fix it soon.
