The SiglusExtract window is not launching for me.

So I'm trying this on Angel Beats! -1st beat- with the english patch installed. I've downloaded the .dll & .exe from the releases and put it in the game directory, then dragged the executable into SiglusExtract.exe just as instructed. But all that launches is the game. I've checked Task Manager and it really is just the game that's open.

I'm using Windows 10, I do have Visual Studio and msbuild installed but no idea how to use them. I've used KrkrExtract just fine on this same computer. I'm a newbie just like a good number of the people asking here. Can you help me troubleshoot this?

I have the same issue in Stella of the End with Chinese patch by green tea.

With the SiglusExtract.exe in the releases you should be able to launch Siglus Extract. Launching it also launches the game, it's just a "side effect". I've just extracted the Scene file for tsui no sutera and it worked perfectly.
