MIDI Keysplit doesn't seem to do anything #26

I'm using this plug-in (searching for an alternative to MIDI Key-Range Filter), and it seems to nto do anything at all in my case.

No matter what I set, all the notes go through, like it was in bypass.

Can anyone reproduce this?
