Detect usage of slurs

Upon a slur detection, the bot should:

  • Log the infraction in an audit log channel
  • Log the infraction in the database
  • Send a warning message to the user
  • Delete the message with the slur
  • Take other action depending on the slur.

Similar to invite links, there should be an auto-moderation ability where the bot can take action if a user has too many infractions within a time period
